Our mission is to help our partners build trust and awareness of the first responders where their vehicles are deployed.  We can help as part of pre-deployment readiness or post-deployment where the vehicles are already in service.  Once operating , we offer our partners an end to end 24x7x365 Incident Management service designed to keep the confidence of the communties in which their AV's operate.

Founder Director - George Hannan

George brings a wealth of experience and strategic expertise to his role as the Director of AVFRST, leveraging a distinguished 25-year career at Deloitte. As the Global Tax and Legal - Technology Support Operations Leader, George was instrumental in overseeing end-user support for a vast portfolio of internally developed and client-facing applications. His leadership directly impacted over 20,000 users across 60 countries, including internal Deloitte professionals and external clients spanning Staff to CFO levels. This global perspective and operational acumen make George uniquely equipped to drive innovation and scalability at AVFRST, a service provider to the autonomous vehicle sector.

 

Throughout his tenure at Deloitte, George managed the support operations for high-stakes, technology-driven ecosystems generating over $10 billion in annual revenue. His expertise in developing and managing global frameworks for operational continuity and service excellence aligns seamlessly with the complexities of the autonomous vehicle industry. Just as he ensured uninterrupted support for critical systems used by diverse stakeholders, George’s strategic oversight at AVFRST will empower autonomous vehicle solutions to achieve unparalleled reliability and uptime—critical factors for ensuring safety and scalability in this transformative sector.

 

George is also a staunch advocate for data security and compliance, having established procedures to meet stringent regulatory standards such as Sec 7216 (US), GDPR, and ITAR. These frameworks are particularly vital in the autonomous vehicle domain, where managing sensitive data—from sensor readings to real-time incident management—requires robust safeguards and compliance measures.
