About AVFRST
AVFRST is an initiative designed to let operators building and running autonomous vehicles focus on what they do best — while we support the relationship with first responders where their vehicles operate, before and after deployment.
Our mission
To support the success of AV operations, it's critical that the first responders in your operational jurisdictions trust the products you deploy on the roadways and in the airspace. AVFRST's role is designed to build and maintain that trust on your behalf — through pre-deployment readiness, in-person training, and an optional transition to a 24x7x365 incident-management program.

Founder
George founded AVFRST, drawing on a 28-year career across the Deloitte network (1994–2022). As a Senior Manager and Global Support Leader in Deloitte Global Tax, he led the end-user support organization for a portfolio of internally developed, client-facing platforms used by Deloitte member firms and their practitioners — and the external clients those firms served — reaching more than 20,000 users across 60 countries, from staff to CFO level.
He built that global support function from two people to a 24x7x365 team of twenty-seven across the US and India, supporting member-firm client engagements that generated over $10 billion in annual revenue. That experience in running global frameworks for operational continuity and service excellence is the foundation AVFRST is built on — the same disciplines of reliability, coordination, and uptime that matter in autonomous-vehicle operations.
George established procedures to meet stringent regulatory standards including IRC §7216 (US), GDPR, and ITAR, and applied ITIL best practices across global operations — directly relevant to a data-intensive domain where managing sensitive information, from sensor readings to real-time incident handling, requires robust safeguards. He is a member of the SAE On-Road Automated Driving (ORAD) committee, completed the University of Toronto self-driving cars specialization, and attends the Texas CAV Task Force meetings.
AVFRST channels that experience toward a single goal: helping the autonomous-vehicle sector operate reliably and safely by making sure the first responders who encounter these vehicles are ready for them.
